She chuckles low in her throat, hand slipping to the mattress on either side of his head. She crawls her way up his body until she's hovering above him, hair falling in curtains around their faces.
"I missed you too, y'know. I know I didn't say so earlier — "
And things had felt so awkward the last time they saw each other, she didn't know what to expect. She didn't know what to say. And then there was no need to say anything, because their bodies were doing the talking.
She kisses him sweetly.

She wouldn't say so, but she's relieved he missed her, too.
